Budget Billing - same payment each month!
For those customers who would like to pay the same amount each month our Budget Billing Program may be for you. This program uses the average electrical usage for the immediate past twelve month period or the history of any prior tenants. In the event there is no usage history for the location, a calculated monthly average for our consumers will be used to determine the monthly billing amount. The monthly basic charge and cost of a security light if applicable is added to the amount billed. You may request this plan any time during the year. The monthly budget payments are re-calculated annually and your past year's usage will determine if your payment will go up or down.
